An account is required to request a quote
Quotes are tied to a verified organisation, not to an email address. Your request carries your organisation’s identity and your export-control declarations, signed at submission — a provider cannot act on that from an anonymous form. Accounts are issued by us rather than self-registered at the moment, so tell us what you need to ship and we will set one up.
Requesting a quote
Quote requests are per-listing. Open the availability you want and use its “Request a Quote” button so the request arrives attached to a specific leg — otherwise there is nothing to price. If you arrived here without a listing, browse open availabilities and pick one.
Have your mass and dimension figures settled before you start. You are certifying they are accurate, and a provider will quote against them.
Why an account is required
Quotes are tied to a verified organisation, not to an email address. A request carries your organisation’s identity, your export-control declarations and your cargo-safety declarations, all signed at submission — a provider cannot act on that from an anonymous form, and we cannot screen it. Having an account also keeps your requests, their status and their references in one place.
What you will be asked for
- Your organisation — legal name, country of incorporation, registration number, and the contact who is authorised to make the request.
- Your cargo — description, mass in kilograms, dimensions, and volume in cubic metres or CubeSat units.
- Export control — whether the cargo is dual-use or ITAR-controlled and, if it is, the licence number. Controlled cargo is not automatically refused; undisclosed cargo is.
- Physical safety — pressure vessels and stored energy, propulsion, propellants and pyrotechnics, and restricted platings, finishes or materials. This is a self-certification, not a technical review: answering “yes” routes your request to the provider to assess, it does not reject it.
- Acceptance of the EULA, the Terms & Conditions and the Prohibited Cargo Policy, recorded with your submission.
What happens after you submit
You get a quote reference in the format CS-2026-0042 on screen and by email straight away. The provider holding the slot is notified, and our compliance review runs in parallel. The provider replies to you directly; most respond within three business days.
You can request up to five quotes an hour. If you hit that, the requests you have already submitted are unaffected — wait for the hour to roll over, or reply to a confirmation email.
Submitting a request is not a reservation. Listed capacity can be de-manifested at any time at the launch operator’s sole discretion, and a booking exists only once the provider has confirmed and payment has been processed. See the Risk Disclosure in full.
