CharterSpace.IO is a marketplace, not a broker or a provider
CharterSpace.IO (“CharterSpace.IO”, “the Platform”, “we”) operates charterspace.io as a listing and matching service. CharterSpace.IO is not an air or space charter broker, and it is not a launch provider or launch operator. It does not hold, operate, or sell launch capacity of any kind. Every listing on the Platform is capacity that is owned, listed and priced by the launch operator or its authorized provider named on that listing — never by CharterSpace.IO.
Not affiliated with any provider
CharterSpace.IO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of any provider or launch operator whose capacity appears on the Platform, including but not limited to any launch provider referenced by name on a listing page. A provider’s participation on the Platform is a listing relationship, not a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Any capacity, schedule, or specification figures shown on a listing are supplied by that provider and are not generated, verified, or warranted by CharterSpace.IO.
What CharterSpace.IO does
CharterSpace.IO aggregates residual launch capacity into a searchable listing, structures and routes quote requests (including export-control and cargo-safety self-certification) to the provider holding the relevant capacity, and keeps a single record of that request through to booking.
What CharterSpace.IO does not do
CharterSpace.IO does not operate launch vehicles, does not manifest cargo, does not decide whether a payload flies, and is not a party to any contract of carriage between a customer and a provider. CharterSpace.IO does not handle, transport, or insure cargo, and does not qualify or approve any provider’s hardware or operations. See the Risk Disclosure for the full list of risks this implies.

The Platform is operated by 8LM, LLC, doing business as Charter Space Logistics.
