Before you write
You want to quote a specific listing
Do not use this form. Open the listing and use “Request a Quote” — a quote request has to be attached to a leg to be routed and priced, and a general enquiry about a specific slot loses time. Find the listing.
You are chasing an existing request
Have your quote reference to hand — it looks like CS-2026-0042 and appears on your confirmation page and on every email about that request. You can also check the current status yourself in your quote history. Providers respond directly by email, and most respond within three business days.
You are a provider with capacity to list
Tell us the operator relationship you hold, the vehicles you can offer capacity on, and roughly how often you expect to publish. Provider accounts are verified before they can list, require multi-factor authentication, and can publish either through the portal or through our API.
You have a compliance or export-control question
Read the Prohibited Cargo Policy first — it sets out what can never be tendered, what has to be disclosed and licensed, and what has to be disclosed for physical-safety reasons. We can explain how the platform handles a category, but we cannot advise you on your own export-control obligations, and nothing we say is legal or export-control advice.
What we cannot help with
CharterSpace.IO is a marketplace. We do not operate launch vehicles, set launch schedules, decide manifests, or accept or reject cargo — the launch operator does that, through the provider named on the listing. If your question is about whether a particular payload will be accepted, we can point you at the provider, but the answer is theirs to give.
Response times and privacy
We aim to answer general enquiries within two business days. Anything you send through this form is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please do not send export-controlled technical data, ITAR-controlled information, or documents containing personal data of third parties through a contact form — if an enquiry needs that, say so and we will arrange a suitable channel.
