Cargo leaving Vancouver for orbit consolidates at Vancouver International (YVR). From there it routes to Vandenberg SLC-4E and Cape Canaveral SLC-40. Charterspace lists the residual capacity on flights that are already leaving, so what is open from these sites changes as providers release it.
